Who pays the electricity bill?
PillarStone pays the electricity bill through our dedicated LT-IX meter — a separate meter exclusively for EV charging, with no connection to the building's common electricity supply. Residents pay per unit of electricity they consume, directly through the app.
What happens if a charger breaks down?
PillarStone owns and maintains all equipment. Our team handles all repairs and replacements at no cost to the community. We remotely monitor every charger 24/7 and respond to faults within 24–72 hours, depending on severity.
Can more chargers be added later?
Yes. We design every installation with expansion in mind. The electrical panel is sized for future growth, and adding chargers later requires no major civil work or new panel installation.
